On April 2, Zugdidi Art Gallery hosted the exhibition of paintings and handmade items of the student of Zugdidi pubic school №6 Giorgi Sichinava, a very talented 10 year old boy with autism. The event was initiated by civics club students of Jikhashkari public school and was dedicated to the World Autism Awareness Day.

Students shared information about the event through social networks, also prepared leaflets and disseminated them among community members to increase public awareness about the people with autism. Event was supported by representatives of local administration, NGOs, business and media.

Representatives of local municipality announced that Giorgi Sichinava will be supported from Young Talents Fund for his medical and educational needs. More than 150 people visited the exhibition.
