To discuss the situation related to womens rights, students of Akho village public school in Adjara region organized an online conference “Women for Equality.Students spoke about women’s participation in the decision-making process and the issues that prevent women from being involved in civic life.
Girls and boys from the community took part in the conference to gain knowledge about gender equality.Students also organized an exhibition of posters reflecting stories of successful women.
