School based civics club students of village Algeti public school № 2 in Marneuli municipality decided to protect the nature. The students organized discussions how the nature is damaged due to cutting the trees and environmental pollution.
As a result, the members of the club prepared the posters – “Save the Future” and “No to Plastic Bags”, organized a cleaning action, prepared a Georgian-Azeri bilingual brochure on the issues of environmental protection and disseminated them in the community. The students started to talk about the necessity of placing the garbage cans in the school with the local
municipality.
