School based civics club students of Darbazi village public school in Bolnisi municipality decided to inform their peers about natural disasters. Students introduced a brochure about earthquakes, landslides, droughts, measures of prevention and the behavior of people during disasters and prepared a presentation for younger students.The animation film was shown at school, followed by discussions about the risks of what can happen if people dont protect nature.
Students placed a green box in their civics club room to collect the waste paper and exchange it into new Georgian books for youngsters. Students also prepared a Georgian-Azerbaijani bi-lingual newspaper informing their peers about the norms of action during a fire or earthquake and seminar for younger students about disasters and norms of behavior was arranged.
