Students of Arashenda Village Public School conducted a needs assessment in the community and found out that the Medical Center of the nearby Darcheti village was not functioning. The population of Darcheti village, especially the elderly people, faced difficulties, as they had to travel to the regional center to receive medical care there.The students requested the representatives of the local government and City Hall to solve the problem.
The local authorities welcomed the students’ initiative and promised to help.
