School-based civics club students of Bretis Meurneoba village
public school advocate for the solution of the local problems. In March, students conducted a survey, which identified one of
the critical problems of the young people: the absence of a park in the village.
Students prepared a letter and applied to the local government requesting to
arrange outdoor space where they can meet, organize discussions, plan future
civic activities and just spend free time. The students request was positively resolved: the local
government promised to arrange the park in the nearest future.
Meanwhile,
students decided to refresh and repaint the village bus stop with their
drawings.
