Civics club students of Khashuri boarding school decided to organize different activities to draw public attention to the problem of violence. Lawyers and psychologists were invited to school to conduct workshops for students in order to increase their awareness about bullying and family violence.

Masterclass in photography and exhibition of students; paintings was organized and informational materials were disseminated among youth. Exhibition of students; photos about violence, together with essay contest was held on May 20, 2015.

Winner students of the essay contest and photo exhibition were awarded with certificates and prizes. “We decided to show negative consequences of violence through photography.

Violence is not a simple matter, and it takes great effort to overcome. We are actively working to ensure that the project will promote the prevention of violence and change attitude “- said civics club student Maraiam Leshkhasheli. The mini-grant project was carried out in the framework of USAID-funded Momavlis Taoba Project, which is implemented by PH International.
