On June 1, civics students marked International Children’s Day at Tbilisi public school №26. At the event an opening of pedestrian crosswalk in front of the school took place.

The absence of pedestrian crosswalk in front of the school created threats for the safety of students and other pedestrians. Civics students of Tbilisi public school №26 addressed the problem and managed to resolve it with support obtained from school administration and Tbilisi City Hall.

Guests of the event took part in drawing of the crosswal in front of the school. Th initiative was supported by USAID-funded Momavlis Taoba Project, which is implemented by PH International.
