On January 27, students from partner schools of “Momavlis Taoba” project in Adjara region organized action -”Future Generation Chooses Peace”. A march, exhibition of drawings and flash mob show were held by students on Era Square in Batumi.
With this event, 200 students, together with their peers from Maritime Training Centre and Batumi Youth Palace tried to express their attitude against terrorism, violence, war and raise public awareness about the importance of peace. The event was supported by the representatives of local government, USAID Centre for Civic Engagement in Batumi and Batumi office of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association.
