School based civics club students of Tbilisi Public School № 108 defined the necessary amount of blood that is required to save lives every day. Students held the information campaign to promote volunteer donation of blood.
The students announced the slogan contest “Donate the Blood, Save the Life!” Selected slogans were displayed in the school corridor. Informational flyers were printed and distributed in the community.
Students contacted with the National Blood Bank, who conducted blood donation process from the parents, teachers and community members. Civics club members invited other schools to join the campaign and to organize similar events in their schools as well.
