Civics students in Shida Kartli region had a study visit to the museum of occupation in the village Ergneti, which is situated at the border of the occupied territories as a result of August 2008 Georgia-Russian conflict.The museum is located in the cellar of the house survived after the war. The exposition of the museum consists of photos reflecting the war, victims of the war and items survived from the destroyed houses.
Students were hosted by Lia Chlachidze, a representative of the Gori City Hall. Such events help students gain knowledge of the history of their country.
