Civics club students in Surami organized charity action to support their peer with leukemia in need of a medical support. Students organized informationa campaign, placed donation boxes in public places in Surami and Khashuri, prepared a video, disseminated it through social networks and organized charitable concert.
The action was supported by public officials, business representatives and community members. Funds raised as a result of students; activities were transferred to beneficiary child’s account for treatment.
Charity action was organized in the framework of USAID funded “Momavlis Taoba program, which is implemented by PH International.
