Students of Kutaisi school №1 named after Iakob Gogebashvili cooperated with Kutaisi city hall within a mini-grant project which aimed to enrich schoo library and set up readers club at school to promote reading among youth. Students sent letters to different organizations requesting their support for the school library.
As a result of students’ efforts, Kutaisi city hall allocated 1.000 GEL for new books for the school library. Kutaisi Mayor and the Head of Youth Affairs Department of Kutaisi city hall donated books to the school.
