Students of the Village Kvesheti public school implemented civics classroom projects for the benefit of their school and community. The first project was instrumental for properly organizing newly-delivered books and other resources at the school library.

Students unpacked the boxes with books received from the closed village library, filled out a register, placed them on the shelves and prepared them for the visitors of the library. Another classroom project aimed to organize awareness-raising campaign on environmental protection.

Students prepared and disseminated brochures in the community notifying people about the negative influence of pollution on the environment. Information about new sanctions introduced for environmental violations were also included in the brochure.

Students prepared the banners calling on community not to cut the trees in the nearby forest and to keep the village clean. They also plan to organize a cleaning action together with the members of local community. Classroom projects were carried out in the framework of USAID funded Momavlis Taoba project, implemented by PH International.
