10th-grade civics students Natia Labadze, Tinatin Labadze and Lika Gogolaze from Nigvzari village public school organized online training for the students of Koreti and Korbouli villages public schools on how to make handmade items from old objects. Students will develop skills and learn how to save natural resources by giving a second life to already used items.Later students will exhibit handmade items online.
Online training for peers is a part of a mini-grant project “Waste does not Mean Rubbish” that aims to protect the environment and includes cleaning and planting activities, as well as increasing public awareness about environment protection.
