“It’s the third year I’ve been involved in the “Momavlis Taoba program. In the framework of this program, I have attended training, workshops and open lessons. I have been applying the knowledge gained through these trainings and workshops in my lessons. As for my students, participation in the project implementation process helped them study how to identify community problems and find solutions to them.
If at the beginning the students were involved in the project activities because of their commitment, over the time they got used to identify and solve problems themselves. This has helped them to increase their civic awareness and become even more motivated.
This made them confident that they can benefit the community at their age ” -said Jilda Lomidze, a civic education teacher of village Plevi public school in Khashuri municipality.
