Village Ureki hosted a Youth Forum that was supported by Gori Municipality City Hall. The participants of the Forum were civics students from different partner schools of “Momavlis Taoba” program in Shida Kartli region.
The forum started with a training on advocacy issues, then students presented project ideas on informal education, promotion of healthy lifestyle and tourism potential of Shida Kartli region. The representatives of the local government – Deputy Mayor of Gori, Head of Education Department and Advisor to Gori Mayor appreciated the students’ initiatives and expressed their readiness to support project ideas presented on the Forum.
