The 9th grade students of Tbilisi public school №214 organized sports competitions in basketball and football to support integration of children with special needs into the society.

Students with special needs of their school also participated in the competitions. A number of integrated art lessons were held and handmade items created at the lessons were exhibited in the school hall. A meeting with a psychologist was organized and the students received information about the importance of inclusive education and proper communication with people with special needs.

Finally, an art and educational event with the participation of school students and beneficiaries of Kojori shelter for people with special needs was held.Mini-grant project “Together is Better was implemented in the framework of USAID funded “Momavlis Taoba program.
