Civics students of Shida Kartli region took part in a Civic Education Week, which was held in Gori town. During the week the various activities were organized – representatives of Gori University conducted a debate training for civics students; and later, debates on child labor and labor safety issues were arranged.
Civics students met with representatives of Gori Tourism Information Center and talked about the development of ecotourism and tourism’s potential of Shida Kartli region. At the end of the week, the students arranged a tour to Kintsvisi Gorge, visited historical monuments, took part in sports activities, shared the results of successful projects and initiatives implemented by them and planned joint activities for the future.
