On February 10, Momavlis Taoba project supported final event of essay contest on domestic violence at Rustavi Center for Civic Engagement. Students from Kvemo Kartli region took part in the contest.
Jury included the representatives of Georgian Young Lawyers Association, Rustavi Center for Civic Engagement and Rustavi Youth Center. Winner students presented their essays.
This was followed by the discussion on domestic violence issues. At the end of the event winners were awarded with certificates and prizes.
A total of 50 people, including the students, civics teachers and school administration officials from Rustavi, Bolnisi, Dmanisi and Gardabani took part in the event.
