To increase the tourism potential of the Akaurta village in Kvemo Kartli region a banner with information about historical monuments was placed in the center of the village. Students of Akaurta village public school with the support of USAID funded mini-grant project “Tourism in my Village and in cooperation with local government and community members implemented the initiative to promote the development of tourism in their village.
