School-based civics club students of village Tskhemliskhidi spent a day with street children to know better about their problems, public attitude towards them and then support their rights.The students gathered information about the services that are provided by the government for supporting street children. The civics club members organized a meeting with the representatives of health care organizations, local government, social workers of Ozurgeti municipality and discussed if the state-provided services meet real requirements of the street children.The civics club students visited local day center and family-type home, presented educational materials to the beneficiaries and spent a merry time with them.
